The standard Check-in time is 11:00 AM and Check-out is 08:30 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to availability on chargeable basis.
Valid photo address ID for all guest is mandatory at the time of Check-in.
The resort is not held responsible for the loss or theft of personal property of the guest.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay in their assigned room or any other resort facilities. If damages are found, the guest will be notified immediately, and an assessment will be conducted to determine the extent and cost of repairs or replacements.
Unexpected events such as flight or ferry cancellations and in the event of a natural disaster, calamity, or any situation classified as a force majeure, resort will not be held responsible for refunds or compensation related to No Shows or cancellations.
The Mandatory gala dinner which will held on festive season like New year’s Eve will be charged to the guest on mandatory basis.
Resort reserves the right of admission of all guests, visitors, and visitors & attendees. Admission may be denied for reasons like Violation of resort policies or codes of conduct. Behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. Failure to comply with dress code requirements for specific events. Health and safety concerns, including symptoms of contagious illnesses.
Any increase in the price due to change of taxation by the Government will be borne by the guest and payable at the reception at the time of check in.
Booking Cancellation before 30 Days or more from the date of arrival: 10% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as the processing fee.
Booking Cancellation in between 30 days to 20 Days from the date of arrival: 50% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total accommodation cost.
Booking Cancellation in between 20 Days to the date of arrival: 100% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total accommodation cost.
Booking done in peak Season period (15th December 2024 – 05thJanuary 2025) then no refunds will be provided / 100% cancelation charges will be applicable.
Room Blocking Confirmation: Bookings are processed after receiving a written confirmation email from the client/ Travel Agent& rooms will be blocked with a time limit of 3 working days from the date of the booking confirmation email.
Room Booking Confirmation Rooms will be confirmed only aftercollecting 50% of the total accommodation cost. And this payment should be done within the stipulated time limit, or else the blocking / booking will be automatically released without prior notice.
Government Taxes: Goods and Services Taxwill be added to room rate / Food & beverages as per the taxes imposed by the Government. Any change in taxes by the Government will be borne by the Guest / Travel Agent.
Final Payment: Full payment of the total accommodation cost must be donebefore 7 days of the date of arrival (D-7days) so that we can issue the final confirmation voucher for the booking.
Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel your room booking, then please send a written email to the Company email id with the Booking confirmation No., including the original payment receipt, within the specified timeframe of the cancelation policy& further to which the Cancellation charges will applicable.
Refund Process: After deducting the Cancellation fees as per the Cancelation Policy, the refund of the balance amount will be done within 7 to 10 working date from the date of the cancelation email.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed through online net-banking.
