No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be refunded.
Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.
Weather Conditions: If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
