Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time for a full refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be refunded.
Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be accepted.
Weather Conditions: If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Minimum Traveller Requirement: If the experience is cancelled due to a lack of participants, you’ll be offered a different date or experience, or a full refund.
